Maintenance
All units go through a process of Painting, Housekeeping and Carpet cleaning. We inspect all appliances and HVAC system
Only if you request to be present. We have copies of the apartment keys and can gainaccess to your apartment.
We have maintenance onsite during office hours and we also have maintenance available afterhours for any Emergency Maintenance Request.
You can call the office directly during office hours or go to our portal and place a maintenance request.
During office hours we can give you access to the apartment. Afterhours you would need to call a locksmith.
Amenities
We have a gated indoor garage for residents only.
The propoerty currently has a pool, cabana, business & fitness center.
Pools and decks are available 24 hours.
We sure are. We do have breed and weight restrictions.
All apartments come with a stove, fridge, dishwasher. Select units have washer and dryer.
Admin
Within 24 hours of the application being complete we have a decision.
Rent can be paid online through the portal or through system called WIPS.
Yes. We can provide insurance or you can chose any insurance company of your liking.
ATT & Comcast
One of the addendums you will be sigining includes an Early Termination clause.
Water and Sewer are billed by us. Power goes through the local company called JEA
No utilities are included in the rent.
